I didn't start out as a coach. I started out as someone who had to figure out leadership the hard way — in the field, under pressure, with real consequences.

Growing up in Chicago and making my way to Israel in my early twenties, I studied aeronautical engineering at the Technion, served as a combat soldier in a special forces unit of the Israeli Air Force, and then spent over 35 years building businesses — as a CMO, a Business Development Director, a Deputy CEO. I managed teams across continents, negotiated in boardrooms from Tel Aviv to Zurich, and learned more about human nature from those experiences than any textbook could have taught me.

Along the way, I discovered something that changed everything: the most important leadership work doesn't happen in the office. It happens inside you. The executives who struggle aren't lacking strategy or skills — they're leading others before they've learned to lead themselves.

That insight became the foundation of everything I do today.

I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and teams who sense they're capable of more — and are ready to do something about it. Not just think about it. Not just talk about it. Actually do it.

I'll be direct with you: I'm a demanding coach. I set the bar high, I hold my clients accountable, and I won't let you settle for comfortable when exceptional is within reach. The people I work with don't just feel better after our time together — they lead better, perform better, and achieve things they genuinely didn't think were possible.

My job isn't to make you feel good about where you are. My job is to help you get somewhere better — and to make sure you actually get there.
