Physical Accessibility
Services are delivered online, or, where in-person mentoring is arranged, at a location agreed with the client. We do not receive clients at a business premises, so there is no fixed, public-facing physical location subject to the physical accessibility requirements of the Regulations.
External / Third-Party Services
This website uses third-party tools for scheduling (Microsoft Outlook booking) and contact submissions (Wix forms). We select these tools with accessibility in mind, but their accessibility is managed by the respective providers and is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier using any of these tools, please contact us and we will offer an alternative, such as booking by phone or email.
